About
Hi, I'm Nikka.
I work at the intersection of climate policy, youth engagement, and international communications, currently with UNV/UNDP in Rome. My work centers on the Youth4Climate programme, where I help shape social content, partnerships communications, and outreach that connects young people around the world to the climate movement.
Before Rome, I lived and worked in Vienna. I hold a master's degree and have built my career through a mix of UN internships, consultancies, and fellowships — including the UNICEF Innocenti Leading Minds Fellowship, an experience that shaped how I think about youth-centered climate advocacy.
Outside of work, I'm drawn to photography, sustainable fashion, and the stories that connect culture, history, and travel to the choices we make every day.
